First reading: The
Suffering Servant....who helps others who are suffering
Responsorial Psalm:
Pray this psalm today in Jesus' shoes...the words apply to him
Gospel: Six days before he died, Jesus had his feet washed by Mary the sister of Martha and Lazarus
Reflection:
How would I feel if I had only four days to live?
How sad and worried Jesus must have been at this time....yet he keeps on helping
and encouraging others.
In the midst of his trials and suffering, he is a strength to others....just
like many a parent
...even when sick and tired... they keep going in order to give strength and
help to their children
Prayer
Jesus, when life gets difficult for me,
please help me keep going as a strength and support for others
