We have few days Easter public holidays so many families or individuals have a lot of plans.. So often, we get caught up in the hurry of daily living, let us reserve time to be with God, with HIM nothing is lost, talk to God, no breath is lost, walk with God, no strength is lost ,trust in God, you will never be lost. Amen

Like most catholics, I too am fasting today. It is really not an easy task. I keep feeling hungry, normally, i dont even feel it. Imagine the sacrifices, the pain or agony our dear saviour Jesus went through so many years ago for our redemption. I am sure the human side of Jesus would have tempted to escape the pain. Jesus had prayed for help to His Father to take away the bitter cup, but only if it is the will of God. Think of the fear Jesus felt, crying our for help. Nonetheless Jesus had great faith in His Father and great obedience to His Father, to completely give Himeslf up and only does the Will of God. How many people can do this ? Regretably, I cannot be that faithful as yet, I still have much fear, still have doubts, not enough faith to give myself up completely. The little bit of fasting today I do which I should not complain. I should have joy in it as I participated a little in Jesus' suffering today, I am with Him today. I pray that I can have a little share in his glory when He resurrects and save our souls.
Tonight will be very dark, we shall have to wait patiently but happily for the arisen Lord. Oh, I am so anxious to see the Lord again.
