Readings for April 2, Easter Tuesday

First Reading:   One day catechumenate 
(c.f. modern practice of a year or more....after which many newly-baptised people soon stop going to church) 

Psalm:  God's love is everywhere.  (c.f. Proof of Heaven ... the universe runs on love)

Gospel:  The apostle of the resurrection: not Peter or John, but Mary Magdalene

Reflection: 
 Most people in the world don't know about, or don't care about, the resurrection of Jesus.
All Christians are called, like Mary Magdalene, to be apostle of the resurrection,
to help other people know what Jesus has done for us
Prayer  Jesus, Risen Lord, please give me a bit more energy to witness to you
