Readings for April 4, Easter Thursday

First Reading:  It is the name of Jesus which, through our faith in it, has healed the crippled man 

Psalm:  How great is your name O Lord

Gospel:  Jesus opened their minds to understand the Scriptures

Reflection:  More and more I am convinced that a renewal of our lives, our Church, our world
will require a renewed interest in and love for the Bible. No Bible love, no lasting renewal
Prayer  Jesus, Risen Lord, please open our minds to better love and understand the Bible
...and better understand the power of your name
