Readings for today, the Feast of Saint Maximilian Kolbe
1st Reading: Maximilian's death looked like a disaster, but he is with God
Responsorial Psalm: Maximilian's death was precious in the eyes of the Lord
Gospel: Maximilian's love was Top Grade, since a person can have no greater love than to lay their life for others
Reflection:
He
gave his life so another might live
...an example of standing up to evil
Prayer:
Jesus, please help me oppose false values
...by giving me a bit of Maximilian's courage
