for today, the 20th Sunday of the Year (C)
According to the video Willful
Blindness, only 15% of people are willing to speak out about a situation
that needs changing. Same video says the 15% experience ridicule and
rejection.
Jeremiah in today's 1st Reading belonged to the 15% club.
Today's Responsorial Psalm is the prayer of a 15% person.
Today's Second Reading encourages 15% people to persevere, keep going, don't
give up.
In the Gospel we hear the words of the greatest ever 15% person to walk this
earth
Jesus, please
give us more courage to be 15% people when necessary
