This new letter, like previous letters, aims to create more awareness of the risks involved in trafficking to Hong Kong & China. In a separate note to me, the inmate says "Because of recent happenings ....arrests in Tanzania, Macau and China, showing the Drug Lords are still up to their old tricks ....we need to keep up the campaign. In my new letter I am imploring the people of Africa to be more vigilant against the drug kingpins and their operatives and recruiters"
