(apologies for late publishing date ....letter went by surface mail to Australia while I was on holidays there in January)

English summary: similar theme to previous letters - "a warning to my compatriots to be extremely vigilant with the drug heavy weight enforcers who have unlimited resources ...they may try to trick, fool or lure you to traffic drugs to China or Hong Kong or Macau"
