Letter (in Swahili with English summary) from a Tanzanian inmate in a Hong Kong prison - warning people about the drug enforcers

Summary:  
This letter is warning the public about the methods/tactics used by the drug enforcers to lure, fool, recruit new couriers....appealing to the public not to fall into the traps of the enforcers....to stay away from Hong Kong, Macau, China ....and to keep on spreading the news about the dangers of trafficking drugs to this region.

The letter implores the government, law enforcement agencies, airport security people, to do more in this war against drug trafficking.  It has been too easy for the drug couriers to breach airport security ....not only because of  incompetence, laxity and poor facilities, but also because of corruption....which means the government must step in and enforce the implementation of its policies
