Dear Friends
Mother's Day tomorrow... let's remember our four mothers:
1. Our physical, human
mother
2. Mary, our spiritual heavenly mother
3. Our "Holy Mother, the Church"
4. Mother Earth
Yesterday at Lai Chi
Kok Detention Centre, I asked the 25 men attending our usual Friday morning
prayer service,
"Does anyone have another mother, apart from the 4 above".
One hand went up...."yes....I have 2 more mothers...my grandmothers"!

program on TVB (Chinese Language) about Oxfam's work in
China.
