Dear Friends
Last
night at the weekly gathering for ex-inmates and poor people,
another group of homeless people were put in contact with the local St Vincent
de Paul Society
One man who has been sleeping "in the park" for several years (!) was last night at a local guesthouse, where we will support him until he receives some government welfare with which to rent a home (= room) of his own
Today someone will accompany that man to apply for welfare. That man has a few health issues and has not be able to arrange things himself
