Dear Friends
Today
we remember the day when Paul fell off his horse
....and heard Jesus say "Why are you persecuting me?"
Paul thought he was doing the right thing arresting Christians and putting them in prison
Each of us must often ask ourselves: "Even though I think I'm doing the right thing, am I actually doing the right thing?"
The Vatican at the moment thinks it's doing the right thing by persecuting (not too strong a word) anyone who disagrees with it.
..Just as previous church leaders persecuted Joan of Arc and Galileo and Mary MacKillop and...so many others
On this day may misguided church leaders hear Paul saying to them: "Why are you persecuting Jesus"
