Dear Friends
Yesterday afternoon I visited the custodial ward of a local hospital - my usual practice on a Saturday
I met
several old friends who are "back in" (let the reader understand)
- including man in white shirt, nearest camera, in
this photo (taken in my home a couple of years ago....a little bit of
sharing and praying after we'd had a meal in local canteen)
I gave white shirt man a(nother) copy of Dr Jesus with his photo....made him happy
He'll be in detention (this time) for a few months. Also encouraged him to read true life story of HK man "Ben" who got off drugs and now helps others. Ben's gripping story is in this book, copies of which I've put in the custodial ward library
White shirt man has been in detention dozens of times. On release he really needs to live in a special (Christian) centre for addicts. May he have the courage and wisdom to do so
