Dear Friends
Yesterday
at a detention center I met a man whose father died recently.
Man will be allowed to view body for 15 mins before funeral service starts, but
not allowed to attend service
Also met two men who have been so far unable to contact their families to let them know where they are (...no phone number working...)
And another man whose wife has just been sentenced on a drug-related charge in Thailand....for life...which means 45 years. Man himself facing a very long sentence. Teenage children hopefully being cared for by relatives...
And I sometimes think I have problems
