Dear Friends
On
the way to a local hospital yesterday morning, for my usual weekly visit to the
custodial ward,
I noticed three new bill boards along the footpath:
one was about not smoking,
one was about a movie,
and the third one ....made me stop and look again...was about Brisbane (my home
town)

advertisement featured Barack Obama and Angela Merkel ....with the line that
Brisbane is due to host the G20 meeting next year....and "Brisbane is
Asia's New World City"...and the website
www.brisbane.com ...which site I just
checked: it features the Sydney Harbour Bridge!
False advertising?
Hope Barack and Angela don't go to Sydney by mistake
The genuine Brisbane and....the original "Asia's World City" is HK!
