Dear Friends
Hello from St Paul's Retreat Centre in Sheung Shui, New Territories, HK (not far from the China border) where the annual OMI retreat for the China Delegation began last night
Brother Toshiba is also on retreat and will try to update this website's daily menu as usual during the week

Paul's is not far from Lo Wu Women's Prison where I had Mass yesterday afternoon
(...first Sunday of each month). During homily, as part of preparation for
Pentecost, I asked what was next Sunday...fishing for the answer "The
Ascension". But the more down to earth, so to speak, reply was of
course: Mother's Day!
So during the Mass there was a blessing for all mothers, about half of the group
of 35
God bless all mothers around the world who are in prison!
