Dear Friends
This little website has been taking up more time than I can afford ...with prison visits etc every day
So from today there's a simpler format ...which will make my life easier...and might even make the site more user friendly
The seven-day menu will continue, but from today the menu is in a scroll down format, with the current day at the top
