Dear Friends
Yesterday I met a 30 year old handicapped women beggar on the street ....from China...has been to HK many times
She
told me she was one of several teenagers who were given the wrong injection by a
doctor in their local town,
with the result that their legs became just thin stumps
She receives virtually no subsidy or government pension ...."government money only enough to buy a bottle of water each day". So she and her husband (also handicapped) come to HK to "work"

the day come soon when NGO's and Church groups have more freedom to help such
needy people in China
...in partnership with a more caring government
God bless all handicapped people in China!
