The ceremony was shortened because of heavy rain ...but interesting the comment:
"Some told RTHK that facing the elements was a trivial matter in comparison to the bullets that the unarmed pro-democracy activists faced in Beijing 24 years ago"

A question some people are asking: given the increasing hands-on approach by Beijing in the running of Hong Kong, how much longer will the territory have the freedom to observe June 4?
