Dear Friends
At a detention center yesterday, a local Chinese inmate came up and said "thank you for the prayer in the custodial ward of Queen Elizabeth Hospital last Saturday morning"
To be honest....I couldn't remember him or his illness .....more than a thousand faces each week using up all the Ram in my aging brain
So
he explained: had very high blood pressure and dizziness for several
weeks....medicine in detention center hospital not able to help, so he was
transferred to QE Hospital ....where more medicine also not able to help.
Then last Saturday he received the little book "Doctor
Jesus" and the Simple
Bible: Old Testament and Simple
Bible: Gospels - all in Chinese.
As he started to read them, his dizziness declined and his blood pressure came
down. After 3 days....well again, and sent back to detention center.
This gives a new meaning to the letters BP
....they don't just stand for "Blood
Pressure"
but "Bible
Peace"
!
