Dear Friends
Yesterday morning on way to Hei Ling Chau drug treatment centre, I stopped to buy a Nepal newspaper for an inmate. Next to Nepal shop was a dry cleaning shop ....where owner had his cat on front desk (...most shops in HK have a cat ...and no rats!)
Owner
was using a cloth to wipe down not-very-pleased Puss after cleaning operation.
I said to owner "Does your service include cats?!" He had
a good laugh
Also
yesterday, the Feast of the Assumption, I was thinking about Mary entering
Heaven.
God the Father would have given her a big hug and said "I'm happy to meet
the mother of my Son"....to which she would have replied "And I'm
happy to meet the Father of my Son". The Holy Spirit would have given her a
big hug and greeted her as "my beloved spouse". And she would have
given St Joseph a big hug saying "My dear husband"
- at all of which not a few angels and humans would have been scratching their
wings trying to understand such a conversation!
