These two articles are about coadjutor and auxiliary bishops
When a bishop is nearing retirement age, it seems a good idea to appoint a coadjutor bishop to ensure a smooth transfer of service
But the only reason for an auxiliary bishop is that the diocese is too big
Yet previous articles have suggested the way to solve the "too big" problem is to divide the diocese, not multiply the bishop
Best for a family to have one father
Jesus, please help bishops bite the bullet and divide big dioceses into smaller dioceses, each with its own bishop
