God the Son became a man, Jesus,
and taught us the way of love.

He taught us that the effort to establish a universal family is not a hopeless one.

He gave us a pledge of  hope and strength for life's journey in the Eucharist,
providing a meal of solidarity and a foretaste of the heavenly banquet.

Jesus in the Eucharist, please give us more hope and strength
to do our part in helping the world be a better place
