This sentence is talking about culture, but it has wider applications:

"All this supposes that, within the limits of morality and the common good,
people can freely search for the truth,
express their opinion and publish it;
and they can avail themselves of true information concerning events of a public nature"

One immediately thinks of "The Great Firewall" of censorship in China
....and the censorship of Catholic media!

Jesus, are you happy with the censorship going on in your Church at the moment?
(if you're not happy...please do something about it!)
