This article is about "the population problem".
The article speaks about
- the right of every couple to have children
- the need for education about family planning that is in accord with the moral law (as interpreted by the Church)

This is an(other) area where Church teaching has gone one way,
and couples have gone another

Inflexibility has given Church teaching about birth control a bad name.
e.g. "no condoms allowed...even if husband has AIDS etc"
(which is an(other) area where Vatican teaching has gone one way,
and many/most pastors have gone another)

Places like Hong Kong, tiny, tiny homes, whole families living in
one room...already have two or three children....husband (not a Christian) not
willing to use "natural family planning method"....what to do?
