To help all the members of the spiritual family
grow in Christian goodness,
Jesus is at work in our lives through the seven sacraments:

Baptism: by which we are spiritually re-born and upgraded to begin sharing God's divine life

Confirmation: by which the Holy Spirit comes down on us as on the first apostles

Eucharist: by which we join Jesus in his offering to the Father, and by which we receive the Bread of Life and Blood of Salvation in Communion

Reconciliation: by which we receive pardon of our sins, and are reconciled with the spiritual family

The Anointing of the Sick: by which we pray for healing 

Holy Orders: by which ministers are appointed for priestly service

Matrimony: by which marriage is blessed by the Lord and the Christian family grows

Jesus, thank you for the seven sacraments.
May we understand how the sacraments are you at work:
it is you who baptize, 
you who confirm,
you in the Eucharist
you who forgive
you who heal
you who ordain
you who marry
