This article is about individual Eastern Churches having the right to select and change the feast days they celebrate

Good idea...makes sense....same should be true of all bishops' conferences of the "Western" church:
they should have the right to select and arrange their own liturgical feast days.

e.g. Asian and African churches should not have to slavishly follow  a European feast day calendar that often clashes with their own national cultural days.
