Jesus, the long-awaited Redeemer,
established the Church to continue his work of redemption.
At his Last Supper, Jesus said to the apostles "Do this in memory of me".

The first Christians came together for "The Breaking of Bread", the Eucharist.
When and where the Eucharist is celebrated, Jesus is present

Liturgy, Eucharist is all about Jesus.
It's Jesus who baptizes.
It's Jesus who breaks bread.
It's Jesus who anoints the sick

"Today's celebrant is Fr Smith".
Not correct....should be
"Today's celebrant is Fr Jesus"!

Jesus, please help me be more aware of your presence
each time I take part in your liturgy
