But now people are going back to the quasi-private old rite...priest with back to people...priest praying alone

They ought, therefore, to discharge their office with the sincere piety and decorum
demanded by so exalted a ministry and rightly expected of them by God's people."

Yes....lack of decorum has been a problem. A time for joy....but a time for decorum.
This is a wake-up call to those of us who want to continue the Vatican II Mass

"To promote active participation,
the people should be encouraged to take part by means of acclamations,
responses, psalmody, antiphons, and songs, as well as by actions, gestures, and bodily attitudes.
And at the proper times all should observe a reverent silence."

Yes, yes, yes.....

Jesus, please help us take part in the Mass that avoids the extremes
of lack of decorum and lack of active participation
