2019-04-09   A Great Wall to protect HK from Beijing!

Recently I watched "Behind the Great Wall/Qi Jiguang" which records how, in response to the 1550 Mongol raid on Beijing, the idea of a Great Wall evolved to protect Beijing from future invasions.

Well, in the view of many people, Hong Kong is now threatened by "invasion" from Beijing Communism. Maybe it's time to build a Great Wall to protect Hong Kong!

Not a wall of stone and cement, but a spiritual wall, manned by an army of people who believe in the power of prayer.

In this I remember the example of an old man in Australia who would pick up rubbish if he saw it on the footpath, then pray each time he put a piece of rubbish in the bin: "God, please bless and protect our country".
