June 28, 2021:   CE's Policy Address - correction

In this column of December 1, 2020 I publicly thanked the CE for these words in her 2020 Policy Address:

The Government will implement a pilot scheme to subsidise NGOs to rent suitable rooms in hotels and guesthouses with relatively low occupancy rates for use as transitional housing. The THB plans to seek funding from the Community Care Fund (CCF) to launch the pilot scheme shortly with a view to increasing the supply of transitional housing (Article 93).

Six months later I sadly realise I was naive to think that these words applied to homeless people.
