Readings for April 3, Easter Wednesday

First Reading:   The healing of a crippled man 
(c.f. today's blog re Pope Francis praying for the sick...) 

Psalm:  Tell others about what God has done for us

Gospel:  The best sort of heart-burn

Reflection: 
 The more our minds and hearts are opened to understand the Scriptures,
the more we will energy to witness to Jesus ....and to pray for the sick
Prayer  Jesus, Risen Lord, please let my heart burn within me when I read the Bible
