Is there really a New Evangelization?

The notion of a new evangelization has been embraced by Rome and the people of God.  However, is there, in the plan of God, a new evangelization?  I suspect many would say that the epiphany of Pope Francis is not only a correction for the Church, but a sign of a new evangelization in progress.

Pope Francis is GOOD OLD WINE. He is doing what he can to restore the integrity of the Church, particularly, as it was to grow from Vatican II. We need this.

However, New Wine, must take up the task of a New Evangelization, and that New Wine is primarily, though not exclusively, Vatican II women. Yes, Vatican II women are the New Wine for a New Evangelization.
