Happy Feast of the Visitation!
A couple of days ago I
wrote about receiving 3,000 copies of Chinese Old Testament (Simple Bible)
Books arrived Monday morning.
That afternoon, 30 of them were given out at Lai Chi Kok Detention Centre.
The next day, Tuesday, 40 were given out at LCK.
Yesterday, Wednesday, 90 of them were taken to Hei Ling Chau Island to section
18B
At this rate, a second printing is likely to
be needed before the end of the year!
A happy problem!
A number of inmates at LCK who used the
English edition of the Simple Bible: Old Testament
said it was like a novel....they couldn't put it down.
One man said he read the whole book in a few days!

June 6, Wed: Hei Ling Chau Drug Treatment Centre + Tung Wah Hospital
June 7, Thur: afternoon at Lai Chi Kok Detention Centre
