Dear Friends
As someone who lives in one of the most densely populated areas of the world, I really enjoy my Wednesday boat trip to Hei Ling Chau Island drug treatment centre
Yesterday ...the view and sound of the waves, the view of the mountains, then on HLC the view and sound of the waves breaking on the beach...."just what the doctor ordered"

that the majority of us humans live in cities (not in rural areas),
the sights and sounds of nature are something we need to put in our busy
diaries!
Good
for our bodies, and good for our souls. And Nature's beauty automatically
makes us think of the Divine Programmer who made this beautiful universe
